据博雅地名网（未注明年份），全村有990户、3294人，耕地3894亩，山地2200亩。[1]2022年1月，省乡村振兴局把蚬一村确定为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
蚬西李氏大宗祠位于村内，始建于清代中期，清末扩建，2004年大修。祠堂朝西，通面宽12.8米，纵深36.2米，布局为三间三进的合院，硬山屋顶，屋脊呈博古形，墙檐下有壁画，墙脚砌花岗岩。第一进封檐板上雕刻岭南水果，梁架雕有戏曲人物，木雕工艺精细，并有金漆装饰。2011年公布为高要市（今高要区）文物保护单位。[2]
