河口镇是广东省阳江市阳春市下辖的镇，位于阳春市南部，处在漠阳江支流的上游一带。全镇辖14个行政村和1个社区，其中河口社区是镇中心区。据博雅地名网，2021年6月按第七次全国人口普查结果，全镇人口约1.79万人，在阳春各镇街中排第17位。[1][2]

全镇下辖河口社区，以及清溪、黄蔃、蝉石、曲水、河东、河口、茶滩、河南、金堡、石河、龙门、上双、下双、梅垌等14个行政村。各村委会的设立年份见各村条目；河口社区于2014年经阳春市人民政府批准设立。[1]

地理环境[edit]

据博雅地名网的概况，镇域总面积约192.4平方千米。镇政府距阳江港约65千米，距潭水铁路站约16千米，距325国道约36千米，潭溪线二级公路贯穿全镇。[2]

经济[edit]

1999年的概况记载，全镇种粮面积约4.47万亩，其中稻田占3.87万亩，玉米约0.39万亩；果园约8200亩，年产2850吨；生猪出栏1.5万头，三鸟养殖55万只。当时确立的主导种植品种为马水桔、香蕉、花生和商品菜。[2]

文化遗产[edit]

黄蔃村新屋村有新屋韦高翰家宅，为清代古建筑，2021年8月被公布为阳春市第二批县级文物保护单位。[3]

荣誉[edit]

河口镇在2021年12月获评阳江市卫生镇（2021年度），并于2024年3月入选「2023年广东省卫生乡镇」。[1]

著名人物[edit]

廖绍琏（1901年至1986年）出生于河口镇，中共党员。1927年参与广州起义，1942年在金堡创办金堡小学并任校长，1947年任潭水中学校长。[4]
