松柏镇位于广东省阳江市阳春市北部，是阳春市下辖的一个镇，辖1个社区和17个行政村。镇名来自一处圩场，1986年12月撤区建乡镇时定为此名。[1][3][4]

全镇辖区面积约176平方千米，2021年第七次全国人口普查时人口约3.21万人。全镇的17个村委会中有一个少数民族村委会，即云容瑶族村委会。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明万历五年（1577年），阳春县将西北一带划出，并入东安县（后称云浮县），即今双黄、云容、北河一带。1950年7月，这片地方复归阳春县；其余地方在明清两代属顺阳都。[3]

民国元年至1952年间，这一带属第三区。1953年8月设第五区，此后称松柏区。1957年4月分出松柏、北河两乡，1958年4月二者并为松柏乡。同年10月松柏公社宣告设立，其后隶属春湾公社。1961年4月松柏公社得以复设；1961年7月起至1963年1月，此地划归春湾区。[3]

1983年8月松柏改为区，1986年12月撤区建乡镇，定名松柏镇。松柏镇于2024年3月获评「2023年广东省卫生乡镇」。[3][1]

地名由来[edit]

据博雅地名网，明代严松柏家族在泥河东岸兴起，后人在那里建起严松柏公宗祠，宗祠南侧辟出集市，称为松柏圩，镇名由此而来。[1]

地理环境[edit]

松柏镇位于阳春市北部。《概况》所载数字多为一九九九年的统计：全镇耕地约3.7万亩，其中水田约3.04万亩、旱地约0.7万亩；林业用地约17万亩，其中25度以下山坡地约4.2万亩。[2]

人口民族[edit]

2021年第七次全国人口普查结果显示，松柏镇人口约3.21万人，在阳春市各街道乡镇中排第11位。[1]

《概况》记一九九九年前后的人口：约9043户，45352人，农业人口39302人；全镇共263条自然村。[2]

经济[edit]

《概况》所述的农业情况同样属于一九九九年前后：养殖方面以瘦肉型猪为重点，并依托温氏集团春湾分公司发展鸭养殖；全镇鱼塘约3800亩，鱼类以四大家鱼为主，并发展澳泥鱼、红鱼等特色品种；水果以荔枝、龙眼为主，种植面积约1.73万亩。[2]

蔬菜生产以春湾春兰蔬菜市场为依托，以茄子、苦瓜、丝瓜、青瓜、白菜、辣椒为主。[2]
