北惯村是北惯镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东部，距镇区约3公里，村名历史悠久，北惯河与那龙河流经村境。[1]

村内有东岳庙，村民以发包山地种果、出租水田养殖和外出经商务工为主要收入来源。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清康熙年间的文献已有“北惯村”的记载。[1] 村的建置可追溯到1950年成立的许范平乡；1953年才与四平分开，此后这里设为北惯管理区，直到1999年方有北惯村委会，一直沿用至今。[1][3]

地理环境[edit]

村域总面积5.8平方千米，村民小组12个，常住人口3308人。三北公路与北北公路贯穿全村。[1]

村中耕地1332亩，山林1345亩。[2]

经济[edit]

2008年村集体经济收入2.9万元。[2] 村民收入主要来自发包山地种果、出租水田养殖，以及外出经商与务工。[1]

村中已有卫生站，高标准农田建设也在此实施。[1]

文化[edit]

村中有东岳庙，龙舟竞渡也是村里延续的传统。[1]

镇里的革命烈士纪念碑就立在本村。[1]
