黎咀镇是广东省河源市龙川县下辖的镇，位于县境中北部、东江上游河畔，距县城约48千米。[1][2] 全镇有1个社区和18个行政村，镇政府设在沿河路1号。[1][3] 2019年末户籍人口33616人。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
民国时期这里称黎咀区，1949至1952年间仍设黎咀区，1957年冬改为黎咀乡。[2] 1958年设黎咀公社；1961年，原公社析置为黄石、黎咀两个公社。[1][2] 1983年由社改为区，1987年撤区设镇。[1][2]
地理环境[edit]
镇域面积的说法不一。百度百科作137.01平方千米；《龙川县黎咀镇国土空间总体规划（2021—2035年）》以2020年为基期，写镇域约138.80平方千米；博雅地名网写约173平方千米，未注年份。[1][2][5]
镇区建设用地规划为18.34公顷，镇区范围涉及石东、龙潭两个行政村，约0.18平方千米。[5]
规划与村镇体系[edit]
规划以石东村、龙潭村为核心，周边有珠头石、满村、魏洞、和围、蒲村等村，形成“一心、两轴、一带、五组团”的国土空间格局：两条轴分别沿国道和县道，一带为东江滨水发展带。[5]
镇村体系分三级：镇区为石东村和龙潭村；中心村有和围、满村、联民三村；其余村为一般村。[5]
基础设施[edit]
镇级生活污水处理厂已建成1座，村级生活污水处理站22座。[4] 规划至2035年，供水以兰胜坑水库为水源，全镇用水规模为0.24万吨每日。[5]
人口[edit]
百度百科记2019年末户籍人口33616人。[1] 博雅地名网载，第七次全国人口普查结果为1.15万人，另录总户数7053户、人口3.1万人，均未注年份。[2]
党建[edit]
全镇共有24个基层党组织：19个设在村（社区）一级，另一个是非公企业联合党支部。党员868人。[4]
经济[edit]
镇里靠两个平台带动村集体增收。一是镇级强村公司，名为「龙川县黎咀镇水蕴偶乡建设发展有限公司」，19个村（居）以入股方式参与，截至2025年中期汇报时营业额为110万元，并新增岗位25个。二是富民工坊，以非遗食品为主要产品，当年销售额约63.88万元，吸纳13位村民就业。[4]
种植上，村集体引进太空莲110亩，年产鲜莲子约4.4万斤；龙潭村建设蔬菜基地和采摘园，此外有蒲村的三华李、联民村的葡萄园、皮潭村的砂糖橘和南坑村的茶叶。[4]
旅游方面，2025年镇里的旅游收入合计逾50万元。全镇整理出的资源包括38种特色农产品（灰水粽在内）、24处旅游资源和9项非物质文化遗产，手擎木偶戏即其中之一，另共建「黎咀云库」。[4]
霍山矿泉水是镇里的特产，矿泉在镇内，离九龙湾的金龙滩约1千米。[2]
乡村振兴[edit]
“东江水韵”乡村振兴示范带黎咀段规划涉及10个村（居），长约15千米；第一期建设在皮潭、龙潭两村，包括龙潭小学改造、农旅研学园、皮潭休闲水岸和竹林休闲园等项目。争取到中央资金2700万元的水环境综合整治工程，截至总结时已完成总工程量的60%。[4]
文化[edit]
手擎木偶戏是镇里的非物质文化遗产项目。镇里建有手擎木偶戏产业发展中心，1号楼为木偶戏剧院，2号楼为木偶主题研学区，3号楼为木偶戏传承中心，2025年完成验收，交由强村公司试运营。[4]
手擎木偶戏于2009年被列入「广东省第三批非物质文化遗产保护名录」，据县政府报道，该戏已有百余年历史。[6]
博雅地名网另列金狮狮头制作技艺、龙川杂技为本镇民俗文化。[2]
