民宿与旅游[edit]
返乡创业者在村里办起乡村民宿。据2024年的县政府报道，民宿客栈入住率平均约50%，客房加餐饮年营业收入约120万元，为附近村民提供15个就业岗位。[4]
2025年上半年，村里发展主题民宿7家，客房48间，配套餐厅、咖啡屋和垂钓台等业态；当年民宿接待游客4000余人次。[3]
民宿带动本地农特产品销售，每年可为村集体经济带来约3万元收入。[4]
沿革[edit]
1958年，村属黎咀公社皮潭大队，并受下径大队管辖。1980年随枫树坝库区公社并入枫树坝。1986年设村委会，1989年划为枫树坝镇第十个管理区（皮潭管理区），1999年重设村委会。[1]
产业与建设[edit]
村里种有砂糖橘。[3]
“东江水韵”示范带黎咀段第一期建设涉及皮潭村，皮潭休闲水岸、竹林休闲园等项目在建。[3]
荣誉[edit]
2024年4月，皮潭村被纳入广东省首批乡村振兴示范村创建范围；2019年9月，列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
