龙口村在东海街道南边的郊区，毗邻陆丰行政新区，面积3.5平方千米，下辖巷口、外龙2个村小组，242户2352人[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网称，新中国成立后，这一带属乌坎公社头肖大队；1970年划入东海公社，1984年改制为沙埔林场，到2003年3月，市政府批准外龙、巷口两个自然村合并，成立龙口村委会[2]。
