杞洋村在南万镇中部，位于万全河中游，紧邻镇政府驻地，陆紫公路穿村而过；土地面积4.6平方千米，下设3个村民小组，约620人。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

杞洋从1958年到1983年是杞洋大队。1984年3月，乡政府取代了大队；1986年为杞洋村，1990年设办事处（管理区），1999年起称村民委员会。[1] 村下自然村有大坝、洋角、福田。[2]

经济[edit]

村里办有集体茶园200多亩，并引资建了2座小水电站。[1] 2021年9月，杞洋村列入第二批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单，产业是油茶。[1] 镇里的杞洋广隆电站是2005年建成的小水电项目，投资280万元。[3]
