历史沿革[edit]
长营的行政区建制在1984年3月起由乡政府取代生产大队，1986年称村委会，1990年称管理区，1999年起称村民委员会，沿用至今。[1] 村下自然村有营仔、长潭、大湖、芋地、蛇地。[2]
经济[edit]
村里森林和水资源都多，建有长兴、谭角、营子等电站；产业以杉木等经济林和劳务输出为主。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，长营村名列「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
