历史沿革[edit]
桂培在1949年后属万东乡，公社化时是万东大队的一部分，到1974年划出，另立桂培大队。1984年3月，乡政府取代大队；1986年称桂培村，1990年设办事处（管理区），1999年起称村民委员会。[1] 村下自然村有新塘、田心。[2]
经济[edit]
村里山地宽广，近年引入资金，发展牛、羊养殖和油茶、杉木种植，增加集体收入。[1]
