历史沿革[edit]
黄福原属万全大队，1975年独立成队。1984年3月大队撤销、由乡政府取代，1986年起称村，1990年称管理区，1999年起为村委会，沿用至今。[1] 村下的自然村为广福和黄福。[2]
经济[edit]
村委利用山区面积大、环境好的条件，引导村民养殖山地鸡，销路较好。[1]
