万全村是南万镇人民政府驻地，位于万全河中游，平均海拔386米，土地面积6.2平方千米，下设5个村民小组，2010人。[1] 南万吉象歌主要在这里流传。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年后这里是万全乡，1957年做过南万乡的驻地。公社化的1958年成立万全大队，其后几次划出：深洋（1962年），万中和黄福（1975年），万全大队本身保留。1984年3月，乡政府取代大队；1986年称万全村，1990年为管理区，1999年起为村民委员会。[1] 村下自然村有南门、北门、上枧、下枧、横坑。[2]

经济与生态[edit]

村里有一处核心区2000亩的天然红锥采种基地，称全国规模最大；林间生长着国家一级保护植物桫椤群落，现已建成红锥林生态公园。[1] 万全村被省环保厅评为省级“生态示范村”。[1] 农业部在2012年11月公布第一批「全国一村一品示范村镇」，万全村在列，产品是参天峰白叶单丛茶；2020年8月，又列入首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单（茶叶）。[1]

文化[edit]

南万吉象歌过去逢年过节在禾坪上表演：两人撑起一头象，小姑娘挑花篮在前引路，象奴牵象，扮阿公的人戴毡帽、穿长靴、持象鞭赶象，边走边对唱。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2026年1月，万全村被评为「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]
