富溪村位于上护镇北端，同河田镇、南万镇交界，地势较高，镇政府网站称它是全镇最偏远的山村。[1] 2020年8月，村因鹰嘴桃进入广东省农业农村厅公布的首批专业村名单。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1974年，这里是河田公社下属的麻溪大队；改称富溪村民委员会是在1999年。[2]

地理与人口[edit]

全村面积21.03平方千米，山地约2.7万亩；耕地1800亩，其中350亩是旱地。自然村共8个，除富坪、赤高外，还有高方、共星、罗各、万江、麻溪和横下。[1] 博雅地名网的另一段介绍说，多数村民已迁居河田，总人口2186人。[2]

经济[edit]

村民主要靠务工谋生，作物里以单枞茶最突出：油柑1000亩最多，茶园350亩，鹰嘴桃110亩。[1] 镇里2024年的报道另提到，村里栽有“诗意富溪”十里桃园。[3]

景点与荣誉[edit]

景点有富梅水库、十里桃花走廊，还有一处被陆河县定为党员教育基地的富溪党建公园。[1] 2018年，村获「广东省卫生村」称号；2020年又得「广东省乡村治理示范村」。[1]
