历史沿革[edit]
建国后是河田区的硁头乡；1958年设大队，大队沿用乡的名称。1975年，硁二大队分了出去。1999年，改称硁头村民委员会。[2] 博雅地名网把这个村写作“径头村”，镇政府网站作“硁头村”。[2][1]
地理与人口[edit]
面积7.5平方千米，耕地1300多亩；约3200人，其中常住2300人左右，外出900人上下。村民靠水稻和外出务工为生，做工程建设、经营商铺的较多。[1]
著名人物[edit]
彭培轩（1879—1927），据百度百科，生前当过农会会长，死于1927年的河田。[3] 镇政府称其故居在埔子，门牌“耀德堂”。[1]
