琴口村隶属五华县梅林镇（梅州市），位于镇境南部。据博雅地名网，村内设40个村民小组，登记987户、3897人，面积10平方千米，耕地1965亩。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村在南琴江（龙村河）与北琴江（华阳河）汇合处，故称琴口。[1]

新中国成立之初，梅林区政府把这一带叫作梅西乡；梅林公社时期改称琴口大队，1990年设琴口管理区，1997年起称琴口村委会。[2]

经济与荣誉[edit]

  • 琴口村种油茶，2021年9月被广东省农业农村厅列入「第二批广东省一村一品、一镇一业专业村」。[1]
  • 2023年4月，琴口村名列「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村创建单位」。[1]
