历史沿革[edit]
此地原名成塘，后来在此新建了一个村，村名遂改作新成。[1]
新成一带在1949年设新成乡，1958年起改设大队；乡政府之称见于1983年，1989年又改称管理区，直到1999年才定为新成村委会。[2]
