村处山谷，过去盛产吊梨，起初写作「梨洞」，后取谐音改为「黎」。[1]

黎洞在1950至1980年是生产大队，此后乡政府的名称用于1981至1985年，管理区的名称用于1989至1998年，1999年起设村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

村里主要种植水稻、柿、禾梨，其中柿、禾梨是特色收入来源。据博雅地名网，村里一年的经济总收入约2089.6万元（所指年份未注明）。[1]
