历史沿革[edit]
相传乾隆皇帝向榜眼曾琼非问起家乡的名山胜景，曾琼非答说南极在左、北斗在右、天珠在前、尖山在后，自己住在洛阳围；洛阳之名由此传开。[1]
洛阳在1950至1980年是生产大队，此后乡政府的名称用于1981至1985年，管理区的名称用于1989至1998年，1999年起设村民委员会。[1]
