唐纯村是棉洋镇下属的行政村，属广东省五华县（梅州市），在镇域西边。[1]据博雅地名网所载数据（未注年份），全村分46个村民小组，登记961户、6230人，面积3.3平方千米，耕地3339亩。[1]

1999年经五华县人民政府批准成立，沿用原来的地名，再加上政府命名的机构，故有此名。[1]
1949年前后，这里叫唐纯乡。其后建制屡变：1958年立大队，1983年又称乡政府，1989年设管理区，至1999年才定为村民委员会。[1]
