历史沿革[edit]
村名取福禄双全之意。[1]1949年称福全乡，1958年设福全大队，1983年称乡政府，1989年称管理区，1999年定名福全村委会。[1]
人口经济[edit]
在册426户、3098人，上一年农村经济总收入1063万元。[1]2020年8月列入首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，品种为板栗；2019年9月上榜广东省2018年「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
中济桥为建于清代，2021年2月26日列入五华县第六批县级文保单位。[2]
