齐乐村位于华城镇东北部，与兴宁市相邻，村名来自村北古时所筑的齐乐亭。[1]
地名与沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，这一带古时属南齐齐昌县，村北筑有齐乐亭，因此得名。新中国成立初期，汕头地区的城东乡政府管着齐乐、银桂、禾岭、梅塘等村；1958年，齐乐成为华城镇的一个生产大队；其后1984年设管理区，1999年撤区改村，定名齐乐村民委员会。[1]
