志扬村在留隍镇东部，离镇中心约6公里，村民讲潮汕话，村名纪念两位革命烈士。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
这里原称草洋村，解放前夕陈鹏志（另一处写陈宏志）、陈维扬两位革命者在此牺牲，后人各取其名中一字，改称志扬。[1]1948年前后，两位革命者在这一带从事地下活动并牺牲；解放后以他们的名字定大队名；至1999年改称志扬村委会。[1]
经济[edit]
村内青榄种植面积逾千亩，近年又在耕地上种佛手150亩，并利用水资源建了6座水电站。[1][2]
名胜古迹[edit]
志扬烈士纪念碑是丰顺县人民政府1979年春所建，纪念解放战争中闽赣边纵支队在东留一带游击区牺牲的13位烈士，如今属丰顺县重点文物保护单位。村里另存普济桥与广福宫：桥修于20世纪20年代，长6丈，从前是由留隍去饶平的要道；宫已有200余年，志扬、志南两村村民把它看作吉祥与团结的象征。[2]
