历史沿革[edit]
新中国成立前，因山上田间多沙，叫作高沙；成立后改名高华。[1]1958年人民公社化后隶留隍公社，编为高华大队；1984年公社改为区时叫高华乡；1987年镇建立后叫高华管理区；至1999年改称高华村委会。[1]

经济作物有毛竹和橄榄。[1]
