过龙村隶属广东省梅州市梅县区南口镇。相传古时有神龙经过此地，留下一座形如龙的山，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年名为荷泗过龙大队，1965年名为荷泗龙公社过龙大队，1983年设过龙乡政府，1986年改为过龙管理区，1999年起成为过龙村委会。[1]
2019年9月，该村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
