历史沿革[edit]

1958年4月设平北街居委；1987年3月依惠东府函〔1987〕17号文改称北街居委；1993年2月称城北街道；1996年9月撤销街道办事处后复称城北居委；2002年依粤民基〔2002〕5号文改为城北社区居民委员会。[1]

社区荣誉[edit]

2022年9月，城北社区被评为「惠州市2022年度绿色社区」。[1]
