地名由来[edit]

西枝江里鱼多味美，几户渔民在江的上游搭起寮棚住下，取名上寮。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1966年5月，上寮生产大队从平潭公社划出，归马安公社管委会；1983年11月社改区，属湖西潭乡；1987年1月撤区设镇，从湖西潭乡分出，成立上寮管理区，后来改称上寮村委会。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，上寮村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
