历史沿革[edit]
博雅地名网说，村名得自村周山多、山上柏树茂密，同时人少地多。[1]惠阳县1949年11月建政后，马安乡属第五区（平潭区）；1951至1957年镇境归良井区（第十区）；1957年12月重设马安乡；1958年10月起乡分属平潭、永湖两个公社；1961年6月成立马安镇人民公社，归平潭区；1966年5月，柏田生产大队从平潭公社分出，隶属马安公社管委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，柏田村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
