光辉社区在广东省肇庆市四会市东城街道境内。旧称光辉村，2012年11月依四府批〔2012〕117号文由村委会改设为居委会，因驻地在光辉片区而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

光辉1958年是四会县大沙公社的光辉大队；1987年改称光辉乡管理区，隶大沙镇；1994年转属新江镇，2003年随新江镇并入东城街道；2012年村改居，成为社区居委会。[1]

经济[edit]

博雅地名网所载村情：面积约5平方千米，下设14个村民小组，人口1400多人，党员60人；山林4000多亩，耕地1900多亩，其中鱼塘约1000亩，养殖桂花鱼、水鱼等；招商建有400多亩的花卉基地，2008年村集体收入48.4万元。广贺、江肇高速公路经过村内。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年3月，光辉社区获「2023年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
