历史沿革[edit]
黄岗1952年成乡，1958年是四会县大沙公社的大队，1987年改管理区（大沙区），1998年设村民委员会（大沙镇）；同年新江镇从大沙镇分出，黄岗转属新江镇，2003年新江镇并入后归东城街道。[1]
经济[edit]
博雅地名网所载村情：村距四会市区中心约8公里，面积3平方千米，536户1986人，14个村民小组（党员53人）。它是革命老区，村里的黄岗小学称「红色革命学校」。生计以种养为主，耕地2156亩、鱼塘1260亩，另有5个可养2000头猪的猪场。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2017年10月，黄岗村由广东省爱国卫生运动委员会评为「第一批广东省卫生村」；2024年3月获「2023年广东省卫生村」称号；2026年3月被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[1]
