历史沿革[edit]
建国初期这里属清西乡；1958年为清塘公社清西大队。1975年整治龙江河后，清西大队以河为界一分为二，东岸为河东大队，西岸为河西大队。河东此后改乡（1984年）、村委会（1987年）、管理区（1988年），隶清塘镇；1994年归东城街道；1998年设村民委员会。[1]
