关塘坪村位于悦城镇的西北角，占地约19.06平方千米，有12个村民小组、1280多人，离悦城圩镇约10千米，是镇里较偏远的一个村。村委会驻在关塘坪村，村名由此而来，1998年经德庆县人民政府批准设立。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1989年镇属的水上居民委员会改名社区居民委员会；到1991年1月，村民委员会成了管理区办事处，1998年12月才叫关塘坪村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

全镇的万亩沙糖桔示范基地设在这里。村里山地多、水田少，集体经济种沙糖桔40亩，另办一家粉厂，年均纯收入约6万元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

广东省农业农村厅2020年8月公布首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单，关塘坪村以牛大力列入。[1]
