悦城社区是悦城镇的镇中心居民区，居委会设在新街，辖区临悦城河与西江汇流处，321国道从中穿过，面积2.61平方千米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区于2000年成立。名称同悦城镇，取自唐天宝元年（742年）改乐城县为悦城县之事。[1]

人口[edit]

社区辖5个街小组和1个水上新村；2012年末登记1041户、5223人，居民大多做二、三产业的工作；该年居委的人均收入为16226元，是全镇各村、居委中最高的。[1]

荣誉[edit]

在2019年9月公布的名单里，社区被列为广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」2018年创建单位之一。[1]
