凤村社区是德庆县凤村镇政府所在的居民社区，为全镇仅有的社区，成立日期为2002年6月30日。[1]社区有常住户918户，户籍人口1572人，另有外来流动人口近500人（博雅地名网所载数字，未注年份）。[1]

据博雅地名网，社区没有自己的经济收入，经费主要靠上级财政拨款，按“收支两条线”管理，性质上是一个服务型社区；社区党支部有党员26人。[1]“凤村”这一地名的来源见凤村镇条目。[1]
