吉利村是德庆县凤村镇的行政村，距圩镇7公里，总人口1257人，分11个村民小组，土地约12.3平方公里，属革命老区。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村民委员会成立于1998年，经县政府批准，村名取自其驻地吉利村。[1]吉利生产大队出现于1958年10月，1983年9月变为吉利乡，1992年起叫管理区，1998年10月再变为村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
当地旱涝保收，肉桂、松脂、柑桔是村民的主要收入来源；所辖下浪村为省级卫生村。[1]
