桂村是德庆县凤村镇的行政村，位于从凤村去新星的入口，总人口1570人，分4个村民小组，土地约9.6平方公里，距圩镇6.5公里。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村民委员会成立于1998年，经县政府批准，村名取自其驻地桂村。[1]此处旧名桂林：公社化时叫桂林大队，其后的乡（1983年）和管理区（1987年）也沿用此名，直到1998年10月改为村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
收入主要来自松脂、桂皮和柑桔；2019年9月列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」。[1]
