新生村是德庆县凤村镇的行政村，位于九龙坑内，总人口1513人，分5个村民小组，土地约10.1平方公里，距圩镇5公里，被称为革命老区。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名取自大跃进时期当地开展的“三联三新”运动。[1]新中国成立前，这里属九龙河（坑）双郭寨；1949年12月起归凤象乡，1956年12月设双郭乡，1958年4月并入凤村乡，同年10月为凤村公社新生大队。[1]1983年9月称新生乡，1987年1月改管理区，1998年撤管理区，设新生村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
集体经济较弱，多数农户种植柑桔。[1]2019年9月，新生村列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」。[1]
