庞庙村是广东省肇庆市怀集县岗坪镇下辖的行政村。村委会位于圩镇北部的主村道旁，距圩镇1.5公里。[1]

地名由来[edit]

怀集县人民政府以怀发（1998）20号文批复，1998年11月成立庞庙村民委员会，驻地为庞庙村，村名随之而定。[1]

概况[edit]

下辖7个村民小组，总人口3046人；有水田1031亩、旱地156亩。村中种有约50亩蔬菜基地和约20亩沙糖桔种苗基地，营造速生丰产林1005.69亩。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

人民公社时期设庞庙大队，1963年并入红星大队，1973年又分设；1983年11月设乡，1987年起称村委会，1989年4月又作管理区，1998年定名村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，庞庙村列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」。[1]
