蒲塘村是广东省肇庆市广宁县古水镇下辖的村。蒲塘村在古水镇西南部，傍绥江，地势平坦，竹资源丰富。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清道光年间已称蒲塘。1930年立蒲塘乡；人民公社化后成蒲塘大队；1983年恢复乡制，1987年建村委会，1989年改管理区，1998年起叫蒲塘村民委员会。[1]

地名来历：1930年设蒲塘乡，1987年改称蒲塘村委会，村名沿用乡名。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

全村辖20个自然村，据博雅地名网所载，2008年前后有600户3150人，耕地936亩，山林24620亩，鱼塘20亩，党员56人。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2019年9月，进入2018年度「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
