金二社区位于肇庆市高要区金利镇城区旁，原为金二村委会，面积约3.76平方千米，辖15个村民小组，博雅地名网载总人口2621人。[1]
经济[edit]
社区离镇城区、离广肇高速出入口都约1公里，水路陆路皆通。小五金加工是特色产业；农业上设有花卉、剑花种植基地和水产养殖基地，种植优质水稻，养殖罗氏虾、罗非鱼及四大家鱼。[1]
沿革[edit]
1952年，辖三甲、四甲两村的金利二乡归高要十区（后属十一区）。1955年两村分为第三社、第四社，1956年又取名金幸社、金福社。[1]
1958年改为金利二大队，纳入金星公社，次年划属金利公社。1968年同金利一、三队编为永忠大队，1971年各自独立。1983年大队改乡，1987年改为村委会，1989年称管理区。[1]
