东围村是肇庆市高要区金利镇南部的行政村，离镇城区约4公里，面积约6.17平方千米，下辖18个村民小组，博雅地名网载总人口3210人。[1]
经济[edit]
村处丘陵低塱地带，十字涌公路从村边通往高明。村里与市农业局合作建绿色蔬菜基地，蔬菜直销港澳；另种优质稻，养殖罗氏虾、四大家鱼。工业以弹子铰、弹簧和五金配件为主，并有碾米厂。[1]
2019年9月，东围村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建名单。[1]
沿革[edit]
1952年属东围乡，1956年成东围社，1958年改东围大队，归金星公社，次年属金利公社。1968年与振星合编卫东大队，1969年各自分立。[1]
1983年大队改乡，1987年改为村委会，1989年称管理区，1998年更名东围村民委员会。[1]
