罗新村是肇庆市高要区金利镇西部的行政村，离镇城区约4公里，面积约7.2平方千米，下辖18个村民小组，博雅地名网载总人口2587人。[1]
经济[edit]
村里承接珠三角的农业转移、引进外来投资，以罗氏虾、四大家鱼养殖为主，水稻种植为辅，形成水下养鱼、水面养鸭、塘基种果的立体养殖模式。[1]
沿革[edit]
1952年设罗新乡；1958年改罗新大队，归金星公社，次年属金利公社。1968年与南北明、梧欧编为团结大队，其后几度改名，1974年三队分立。[1]
1983年大队改乡，1987年改为村委会，1989年称管理区，1998年定名罗新村民委员会。[1]
