秋风根村是广东省茂名市信宜市贵子镇所辖的行政村，位于镇的东部[1]。村情介绍称其辖8个村民小组，全村总面积17.5平方千米，耕地1819亩，主要经济作物为木薯、三华李、粉蕉[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历：村边李屋角一带长着几棵大枫树，因而得名。[1]

民国时期属中伙乡第四堡，解放初期叫第四村，后来成为中伙第一合作社。1958年归入平民公社，同中伙、中和合编为中和大队；1960年秋风根独立设队，1961年该队又拆成大营、秋风根两个生产大队，翌年两队再合，仍称秋风根大队。1983年建乡，随后几经易名：1987年成为村民委员会，1989年为管理区办事处，1999年重新定名秋风根村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

经济[edit]

秋风根村地形为低丘陵，气候属南亚热带季风类型，年均气温约20至21度，年降雨量约2100毫米[1]。耕地1819亩，经济作物以木薯、三华李、粉蕉为主[1]。

村情介绍称，全村有950人外出务工，种植经济作物1200多亩，有养猪专业户4户。[2]

  • 2023年4月，函口村名列「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位。[1]
