1958年公社化后隶属兰山，1962年称福岭大队，1983年设福岭乡，1987年3月称村民委员会，1989年称管理区办事处，1999年改称村民委员会。[1]

据该站，村里主要经济作物为水稻、花生、蔬菜、水果，特色收入来自养猪养鱼；上一年（未注明年份）农村经济总收入2000万元。[1]
