历史沿革[edit]

蛇塘民国时期到解放初是蛇塘乡所在，1952年土地改革后规划入新安乡；1958年公社化时编为杨梅大队，1983年属区公所而称蛇塘乡，1987年2月归镇、设蛇塘村民委员会，1989年改称管理区办事处[1]。

经济[edit]

村里的主要作物是水稻，特色收入来自黄皮、红杨桃；该网所列上一年「农村经济总收入」为2185万元（年份未注明）[1]。

  • 2019年9月，蛇塘村被列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位名单」[1]。
