黎村村是廉江市新民镇的行政村，辖马落垌、黎村、高岭、牛栏塘等10条自然村；村民约4182人，耕地3415亩，种植外运菜、甘蔗、荔枝、龙眼等。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

相传村民多姓黎，先祖据此立村，因而得名。[1]1950年至1957年，黎村、马落洞、丰九百等村合为一乡，乡驻黎村；1958年黎村、马落洞、高岭等村分别设大队；1983年为黎村乡，1987年为管理区，1999年改称村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，该村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单；2026年3月，被认定为「广东省第三批百千万工程典型村镇」。[1]
