历史沿革[edit]

1952年属乔北乡，1957年起归乔北大队；1982年单设世乔大队；1983年归云乔乡；1986年设世乔村民委员会；1990年改称世乔管理区；1999年恢复村民委员会之名，沿用至今。[1]

  • 2026年1月，获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]
  • 2022年9月，认定为「2022年湛江市文明村」。[1]
  • 2020年8月，省农业农村厅公布「广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」首批名单，世乔村以富贵竹上榜。[1]
  • 2019年9月，列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
