月岭村是湛江市麻章区湖光镇的行政村，下设后坛、月岭、交椅岭三个自然村，2026年3月认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年，后坛、月岭、交椅岭、群井四村合称月岭大队；1983年归铺仔乡；1990年合称月岭管理区；1999年定名月岭村民委员会，群井另立一村，月岭的管辖范围为后坛、月岭、交椅岭三个自然村，沿用至今。[1]
