塘北村是湛江市麻章区湖光镇的行政村，早年属乔北大队，后随云乔乡；2015年分出杨雪村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1977年归乔北大队；1983年，云脚、园坡、乔北等大队合并为云乔乡，塘北随之归入；1990年云乔乡拆分，改称塘北管理区；1999年改称塘北村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
- 2019年9月，列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
