龙冈村是江门市开平市马冈镇所辖的行政村之一，村委会在镇区西面，距镇政府1公里[1]。下分28个村民小组，村情材料记载人口4434人、1103户，耕地2110亩[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

村民委员会地处马冈墟，相传是龙脉经过之地，故称龙冈[1]。

清代隶属开平县长静都，民国年间划入第二区马冈乡。新中国成立后归第十一区，1963年属马冈公社，称龙冈大队。1984年起，村级建制由大队改为乡，1989年又改设管理区；1993年开平撤县设市，划归马冈镇管辖，1999年改设村民委员会，沿用至今[1]。

人口民族[edit]

村委会管辖区的人口为4434人（1103户），其中劳动力约2200人[1]。

经济[edit]

村集体2009年的收入为5万元[1]；村里有党员95人[1]。

龙冈村与红丰村合作，建成了马冈鹅苗孵化基地，总投入超过300万元，配有孵化机30台，年孵化量约400万只[2]。
