河东村是广东省台山市深井镇的行政村，在镇政府以东约1千米，地处深井河东岸，村名即由此而来。[1][2] 据镇政府2026年的资料，村域面积34平方千米，辖17个自然村。[1] 博雅地名网记载全村分21个村民小组，619户，2854人，村委会办公地设在牛围村。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

2004年，原沙头村委会和新村村委会合并，组成河东村委会。[2] 河东村属革命老区。[2] 2019年9月，该村被列为2018年度广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」的创建单位。[2]

关于村名，镇政府和博雅地名网的村情介绍都说是因位于深井河以东；博雅地名网的「地名由来」一栏则写作海宴河之东。[1][2]

经济[edit]

村里耕地2621亩，水田约占2204亩，旱地417亩。[2] 农产品有稻谷、花生、木薯、水果和蔬菜，畜禽以生猪、三鸟为主。[1][2]

2023年起，河东村与相邻的井东村把各自零星的咸围合在一起，联合招租，形成约1200亩的连片养殖区，称「河东东围」；中洋渔业发展（广东）有限公司竞得承包权后，每亩租金比附近零散咸围多1000元以上，惠及十个村民小组、两千多名村民。[3]

2024年2月，台山市发展和改革局批准实施深井镇水库移民村美丽家园项目，河东村与牛西、李坑、李坑厂新村等自然村都在施工范围内，建设内容有道路硬化、栏杆、景墙、绿化、照明、健身器材和垃圾收集点等。[4]

村内有卫生站、文化室、妇女之家和一家粮油加工厂。[1][2]
